Hair + Energy capsule contains 10mg of Zinc, and the dose is 1 capsule per day. That’s a total of 10mg zinc.

This is a daily total of 40mg of zinc, and the upper level sits at 50mg of Zinc per day.

The Detox + Debloat formula can be taken alongside Hair + Energy and Skin + Digestion as there are no overlapping ingredients that exceed the daily upper limit.
