If I don’t eat breakfast, when should I take the Hair + Energy?Updated 10 months ago

As the Hair + Energy assists with energy production, it’s best taken early on in the day so it doesn’t interfere with sleep. The Hair + Energy capsules contain Iodine which is essential for the manufacture of thyroid hormones, and this regulates energy production throughout the body. However, some find that having it a little later, mid-morning or lunch does not interfere with sleep. Therefore, we recommend taking this with your first meal of the day and please ensure you are taking this with food as Zinc may cause nausea or stomach upset in some people when taken on an empty stomach.
