I redeemed my points but I did not use them on my order. Why have they disappeared from my account?Updated a month ago
If you choose not to use your points at the time you redeem them, the points will not be applied back to your account but will remain in the form of the discount code to be used on future orders for up to 6 months. The code remains the same and can be accessed via your loyalty account for use at any time. We will also send you an email and SMS containing the code!
