I redeemed my points but I did not use them on my order. Why have they disappeared from my account?

Loyalty program points will expire 1 year (365 days) after the date they were earned. Vouchers issued upon redemption of loyalty points must be used within&#xA0;6 months&#xA0;of the date the voucher is claimed. After this period, any unused voucher will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed for goods, services, or cash.
