Why didn’t I receive my birthday points?Updated a month ago

To receive your birthday points, you will need to make sure you have added your birthday date to your loyalty account.


To do this, make sure you are signed into your JSHealth Vitamins account



Navigate to our loyalty page and find the birthday tile.



Hover over the Birthday tile to enter your birthday date.



Enter the correct date and select ‘Add My Birthday’


On your birthday we will send you an email to notify you that your 100 points have been added to your account as our gift to you for choosing JSHealth Vitamins. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this message if you have not received it.


If you have entered your birthday within the last 30 days, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.


If you feel that you have still not received the reward you should have, please email us to [email protected] to let us know and we will take a deeper look into this for you.
